Our rates are based on the length and/or space your RV or trailer will take up.  For sea can rates, or items outside of RVs or trailers, please send us an inquiry as we quote those out a bit differently. Please see below rates & terms:

6 Month Contract

20' or less: $30.00/month +GST

21' - 30': $36.00/month +GST

31' - 40': $41.00/month +GST

41' - 50': $47.00/month +GST

12 Month Contract

20' or less: $25.00/month +GST

21' - 30': $30.00/month +GST

31' - 40': $35.00/month +GST

41' - 50': $45.00/month +GST

Don't forget, if you book with us for a 12 month term you will get two months discounted off of your rate!

If you are looking for a month to month rate, we charge $50.00/month +GST.

As of right now we are only accepting cash, cheque, or e-transfer in order to avoid charging the 2% surcharge for credit cards.

Please be advised that we are only able to offer intakes by appointment only. Available appointments are:

• Thursday from 3pm - 6pm 

• Friday from 3pm - 6pm

• Saturday from 8am - 12pm

Once your trailer is stored at our site, access is available from:

Sunday to Sunday from: 8am - 9pm
